This website is operated by Resqo. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Resqo. Resqo offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content may be transferred unencrypted over networks. Credit card information is always encrypted.

5A. VIP Subscription Program (Automatic Enrolment)
Any customer who subscribes to any recurring product offered by Resqo.co is automatically enrolled as a VIP Customer and becomes part of our VIP Subscription Program.
There is no separate sign-up or opt-in process for VIP status. VIP Customers receive access to benefits which may include priority support, insured delivery, exclusive offers, and other advantages determined by Resqo from time to time.
Participation in the VIP Subscription Program is subject to the Resqo.co VIP Customers Subscription Terms of Service, which form part of these Terms and apply in addition to all other policies published on our website.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the VIP Subscription Terms, the VIP Subscription Terms shall prevail in relation to subscription matters.
6. Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Full Refund: Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Store Credit or Exchange: Customers may choose store credit or exchange where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to one-time (normal) orders only and forms part of these Terms of Service.
One-time orders may only be cancelled before tracking information has been issued.
Once tracking has been provided, the order is considered in fulfilment or transit and cannot be cancelled.
All one-time order cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:

Cancellation requests submitted via phone calls, live chat, social media, payment providers, or chargeback disputes will not be treated as valid.
Chargeback Policy
Before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, customers agree to first contact us at info@resqo.co so we can resolve the issue directly.
If a chargeback is raised without any prior contact or cancellation request within the notice period, and the order or subscription renewal was valid and authorised, the case may be treated as an invalid chargeback under the agreed terms and subscription conditions.
In such cases, refunds and account adjustments will be paused until the dispute is resolved through the card provider, as the transaction enters formal review once a chargeback is opened.
Filing a chargeback for an active subscription renewal without following cancellation terms will be considered a breach of the subscription agreement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must contact info@resqo.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, shipping label, and packaging.
8. Coupon & Discount Code Policy
Valid Use
Coupons must be applied at checkout. We are unable to add codes or issue refunds for missed discounts after an order is placed. If the code is still valid, it may be used on a future order.
Code Conditions
Each discount code may include terms such as expiration dates, eligible products, or minimum spend requirements. Customers are responsible for reviewing promotion details prior to purchase.
Promotions & Bundles
Promotional offers, including “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” or similar bundle promotions, are only valid when the correct promotional bundle is selected and added to the cart at checkout. Missed promotions cannot be applied retroactively after purchase.
Abuse Prevention
Misuse of coupons, including sharing single-use codes or creating multiple accounts to redeem one-time offers, may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

9. 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Resqo offers a 60-day satisfaction guarantee solely for customers who do not experience results after a minimum of Sixty (60) days of daily and consistent use in accordance with product instructions.
To be eligible, customers must demonstrate compliant usage. Where eligibility is confirmed, Resqo will refund the purchase price paid, minus a 15% processing and shipping fee.
This satisfaction guarantee applies exclusively to lack of results. It does not apply to personal preference, including dissatisfaction related to scent, texture, packaging, or subjective expectations.
No returns are accepted due to hygiene and safety considerations.
All refund requests under this guarantee must be submitted within Sixty-Seven (67) days of the original delivery date to info@resqo.co.
10. VIP Subscription Cancellations & Management
All subscriptions to Resqo.co products are governed by the VIP Subscription Program.
10.1 Approved Cancellation Channel
All VIP Subscription cancellation requests must be submitted exclusively in writing via email to:

Cancellation requests submitted via phone calls, live chat, social media, third-party platforms, payment processors, or chargeback disputes will not be considered valid cancellation notices.
Phone conversations may be used for guidance or support purposes only and do not constitute formal cancellation.
10.2 Cancellation Reason Requirement
Customers must clearly state the reason for cancellation. Failure to do so may result in delayed processing.
10.3 Minimum Commitment & Notice Periods
By enrolling in a VIP Subscription, customers agree to a minimum commitment of two (2) consecutive billing cycles.
Required advance cancellation notice:
15 days for monthly subscriptions
9 days for bi-weekly subscriptions
Late cancellation requests may result in the next scheduled charge being processed and are considered authorised.
The first and second billing cycles are non-refundable once processed or shipped.
10.4 Early Termination & Exit Fee
Cancelling prior to completion of the minimum commitment may result in an Exit Fee representing the difference between VIP pricing and standard retail pricing for products already supplied.
11. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before tracking information has been issued.
12. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct product selection. We only ship what has been ordered.
13. Customs Issues
If customs fees are unpaid and the order is returned, refunds may be subject to deductions.
14. Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination.
15. Medical Disclaimer
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
16. Privacy Policy
Your use of the site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
17. Governing Law
